*My prices use an ACCESSIBILITY SCALE based on your discernement.  When considering how much to offer, balance your financial situation with allowing yourself to feel a sense of generosity in exchange for my energy and skills. The scale is designed to help this work remain accessible to more people, while still meeting my financial needs.  The middle "SUSTAINABLE RATE" is sustainable for me, and means you are currently in a situation that's more or less sustainable for you.  The "ALLY RATE" means you can share the abundance if you're doing well financially, so that I can continue to offer lower rates to those who need it. The "ACCESSIBLE RATE" is intended for unemployed folks, students, those in low-paid and socially-undervalued jobs, and those for whom systemic factors have made it difficult to reach higher paying jobs or economic stability, etc...  

Please be honest and generous, and pay what you are capable of within the range of this scale.

MASSAGE & SOMATIC 
​Modalities

 Deep Connective Massage
​Deep, slow, "melting" bodywork focusing on releasing and balancing the deep neuromuscular and fascial patterns of tension. Soothes the nervous system into a deep state of reset. Incorporates trigger point therapy and deep presence, and helps to increase embodied awareness. I use organic cocoa butter for these sessions.   

NeuroAffective Touch
​A somatic exploration to bring awareness and healing nurturing to relational wounds, including those that come from very early childhood (which are held in the body in pre-verbal and without explicit memories or stories to express themselves).  Sessions involve exploring dialogues between body and mind and heart, slow touch and self-directed touch, holding of body parts or points, sometimes massage, and exploring ways of creating more safety and nurturing for the different parts of self. The sessions can be done fully clothed, and can involve seated and on-the-table work, depending on what is needed for individuals and in the moment.

Relaxation Flow Massage
Lotion-based, flowing relaxation massage.  Integrates elements of classic massage, trigger point therapy, and energy work.  Supports circulation and rejuvenation, activates the parasympathetic ("rest and digest") nervous system, and helps reconnect to easeful, restorative breathing. 

 Somatic Integration
A 10 Sessions Series
A series of 10 weekly or bi-weekly sessions structured to provide the consistency and safe space to explore deep-seated patterns of somatic bracing, stress reactions, and feelings of space, ease, and empowerment.  This Somatic Integration Series is Polyvagal informed, and combines elements of Structural Integration (I'm a certified practitioner), NeuroAffective Touch, and my many years of experience with explorative- and awareness-based approaches to bodywork. We'll work as a team to bring curiosity to your individual patterns of tension, explore slowly through layers to bring increased awareness to mind-heart-body connections, create increased capacity to rest in a regulated nervous system state, and use your strengths to support unwinding old and unhelpful patterns, and apply this to daily life. Body-Mind Awareness Work
Explore connections between restrictions in the body and the mind--which create feedback loops of tension or limitations-- through guided meditation or verbal inquiry. May be done during any bodywork session if there is willingness. 

Pre- & Postnatal massage
I'm trained and experienced working with people to support relaxation and pain relief during pregnancy and post birth.
(If you have any complicating factors in your pregnancy please talk to your doctor  about if massage is right for you  before scheduling.)

Individualized Stretching/Exercise Recommendations
May be included in all sessions.​   

Business & Retreats Massage
I am experienced offering massage in business settings, as well as being part of yoga and meditation retreat teams. I enjoy supporting people to deepen their retreat experiences through embodied exploration; or explore & release acute and chronic patterns of stress build-up in work settings that decrease both wellbeing and productivity. Contact to discuss options.
